YourSleepTimes.com was founded in 2025 with a simple goal: to help people understand their sleep cycles and wake up feeling truly rested.
Like many of you, we struggled with groggy mornings. No matter how many hours we slept, waking up was difficult. Then we discovered sleep cycle theory – the idea that waking at the end of a 90-minute cycle makes all the difference.
We built this website to share that knowledge. Our calculators are based on peer-reviewed sleep science and CDC recommendations, completely free for everyone.
